Cleopatra Perfumes reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. Though we update our inventory on a regular basis, there may be times when an item becomes unavailable. In this case, we will be in contact to arrange a solution. While we take every care to ensure accurate product descriptions, images and pricing, slight variations may occur. Cleopatra Perfumes reserves the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at its discretion.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Cleopatra Perfumes reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be completed in full and confirmation received before orders are processed or dispatched.
PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS
Promotional offers, including Buy One Get One (BOGO), Buy 3 Get 1 Free, or “Choose Any 4 – Cheapest Free” promotions, are subject to the following conditions:
• Promotions apply only to eligible products as clearly identified
• The free or discounted item will always be the lowest-priced eligible item in the cart
• Promotional discounts are applied automatically at checkout
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or coupon unless stated otherwise
• Promotional gifts or free items have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded
• If an order containing promotional items is returned, all items related to the promotion must be returned for a refund to be processed
• If promotional conditions are no longer met due to a return, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly
Cleopatra Perfumes reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued. Cleopatra Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of promotions.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and signature confirmation.

All fragrances available on this website are independently produced and inspired by well-known scent profiles. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any designer brand, trademark holder or brand owner.
